You can delete your TileClash account and everything linked to it at any time. Use the in-app option below, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in.
Option 1: Delete From Inside the App
- 01 Open TileClash and sign in to your account.
- 02 Go to Settings.
- 03 Scroll to the Account section.
- 04 Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- 05 Re-authenticate when prompted. Google users approve the Google sign-in, email users re-enter their password. Your account and data are then removed and you are signed out.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you. Use the subject line Delete my TileClash account and send the request from the email you registered with. We may ask you to confirm a few details so we can verify ownership before deleting anything. Requests are completed within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- + Your account credentials (Firebase Authentication record)
- + Your profile: display name, email, avatar, level, XP, and coins
- + Your game stats: wins, games played, and total score
- + Your achievements and login streak
- + Your daily challenge scores and daily streak records
- + Your online presence, matchmaking entries, and challenge requests
- + Your push notification token
What Data Is Kept, and Why
Purchase records. TileClash does not store your payment details. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and any transaction records are held by Google under its own policies and applicable tax and accounting law.
Crash and diagnostic logs. Crash reports collected through Firebase Crashlytics are device level and are retained by Google for a limited period, up to 90 days, before being deleted automatically.
Anonymized or aggregated data. Information that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics.
How Long Deletion Takes
Deletions made inside the app are processed immediately. Deletions requested by email are completed within 30 days of us verifying your request.
